I apologize but I can not accept cancellations. Once order is placed the customer must follow exchange policies.
Shipping is standard flate rate with the usps. Items ship within two days of paid order. Custom orders do take longer. Heavier items may have there own shipping fees in addition to other items.
Exchange Policies - I except exchanges only. Sorry no refunds on pet merchandise. Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibilty of the customer, that includes for me to ship back to you. All merchandise for exchange must be received back within 15 days. We cannot do exchanges for merchandise that has been used, or it is not in its original condition. No exchanges on beds which includes Snuggle Sacks, sale items, custom orders, holiday merchandise, jewelry,or carriers.
Absolutely do not send exchanges back to my shop, as I will not get them.
Please package your return securely. We suggest insurance and delivery confirmation. Items returned through the post using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by its self does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, It is the customers responsibilty to file a claim with the post office to recover their loss for merchandise. Insurance with the Post Office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affilated with Swanky Dog or swankydogfashions.com.
Please include a note with exchange written on it. Please let me no what you would like to exchange it for.
